Let's change the future of dance together

A survey of dancers' mental wellness found that 75% of dancers reported experiencing a mental health challenge in the past five years. And 81% of those dancers don't feel the dance community does enough to support mental health.

Danscend is on a mission to change that.

In partnership with an advisory board of mental health professionals, Danscend has created resource libraries for educatiors, dancers, and dance organizations.

What are folks saying

See how Danscend has impacted the dance world.
Their session was thoughtful, engaging, and incredibly dancer-centered. The tools they shared were practical, empowering, and immediately usable in the studio. It’s rare to find a program that understands dancers so deeply, and Danscend delivered exactly what our students needed.
Tony Jackson-Hood, faculty at Brooklyn Park Middle School Apex Arts Dance Department
Working with Danscend has truly transformed our approach to teaching and critiquing dancers... We can't recommend Danscend enough!
Jenna Lyn Endicott, Artistic Director at Celebrity Dance
The sessions were not only educational but also fun and engaging... As a result, our team is now equipped with greater awareness and readiness to provide valuable and meaningful feedback to our ballet competition dancers.
